Notice of Billing Policy Update – Effective August 2025

Since our establishment in Dandenong in 2017, we have proudly operated as a fully bulk billing practice. However, beginning August 2025, there will be a change to our billing policy: an out-of-pocket fee will apply only to initial assessments. All subsequent appointments will continue to be bulk billed.

We believe this adjustment represents a fair and reasonable approach while maintaining our commitment to accessible, high-quality care.

Please note that it is the patient’s responsibility to ensure a valid referral from your GP is in place and that you have not exceeded the annual allocation of Medicare-subsidised allied health visits (currently 5 per calendar year). Exceeding this limit may result in the full service fee being charged.
