At Healthy Movement Healthcare we provide Exercise Physiology and Diabetes Education.
If you have been referred to us, please ensure you bring your referral letter to your initial appointment to claim your Medicare rebate.
There will be an out-of-pocket cost for the intial assessment. All consequent appointments on the care plan will be BULK BILLED.
