He holds a Master’s degree from Australian Catholic University and a Bachelor’s degree from Victoria University. Throughout his studies, Xavier completed clinical placements across major Victorian hospitals, as well as specialist clinics focused on spinal cord injury and sports rehabilitation. He also gained valuable experience as a Strength and Conditioning cadet with the Western Bulldogs Football Club.
With several years working as a Personal Trainer in Melbourne’s CBD, Xavier brings extensive expertise in exercise prescription to Dandenong and the surrounding South Eastern suburbs.
Xavier is well-regarded by both local medical specialists and patients for his practical, evidence-based approach to exercise. He prioritises patient education, focusing on the role of physical activity in improving health outcomes. Understanding that many individuals may feel hesitant about starting exercise, Xavier takes a supportive, tailored approach—guiding each patient toward a more active and healthier lifestyle at their own pace.
In addition to his work as an Exercise Physiologist, Xavier is also a Credentialed Diabetes Educator. He provides education and support to individuals newly diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes, as well as those managing all types of diabetes. His goal is to empower patients to adopt an active lifestyle that supports better long-term health and diabetes management.
Xavier enjoys playing golf, keeping active with regular cardiovascular and strength training, and spending quality time with his family. For him, staying active is not just about physical health—it’s also key to staying social and enjoying life for as long as possible.
He looks forward to welcoming new patients and supporting them in achieving their individual health and lifestyle goals.
